WHY PARENTAURA
Because planning a family is deeply personal.
It can bring excitement, hope and many questions. You may notice a change in your cycle, want to understand your fertile days or wonder what another month of trying means for you.
We have created a place where you can understand yourself, notice what is changing and find support whenever you feel ready.
- 1Understand your body first
Begin with your cycle, the changes you have noticed and what you have been experiencing. A clearer understanding of yourself can help you feel more certain about what to do next.
- 2Give yourself a few minutes from time to time
Add your dates when they occur and share the changes you notice whenever they feel relevant. Give us a few minutes along the way, and we will bring everything together so it becomes easier for you to understand.
- 3Feel understood
What you share is part of your life. We treat your experiences, concerns and hopes with the care they deserve.
- 4Help is within reach
Whenever you want professional guidance, we can help you connect with a gynaecologist and understand your next steps more clearly.
WHEN IVF BECOMES YOUR NEXT STEP
You should not have to find your way through it alone.
Considering IVF can bring new questions, difficult decisions and uncertainty about where to go next. We help you move from that uncertainty towards the right professional care with greater clarity.
- 1Have an open conversation
Speak with a gynaecologist about what you have experienced, how long you have been trying and the questions that are on your mind.
- 2Understand what is being recommended
Take the time to understand your options, why a particular path has been suggested and what it could mean for you.
- 3Decide when you feel ready
Talk it through, involve your partner if you choose and give yourself the time you need before making a decision.
- 4Move towards IVF with support
If you decide to begin IVF, we can help you continue towards the appropriate fertility care and remain connected throughout the experience.
WHY YOU MAY RETURN
Because new questions do not always arrive at the same time.
You may come back when your period begins, when something in your cycle feels different, after another month of trying or when you begin thinking more seriously about fertility and IVF.
Whatever changes, you can continue from where you are.
Notice what your body has been showing you
Add a new date or change whenever it feels relevant and see how it fits with what you have already noticed.

You may want to understand your cycle and fertile days, or you may already have questions about trying to conceive. Use one of our free Apps if you know what you want to explore. If you are unsure where to start, begin with Aura and share what is on your mind.
As we understand more about you, we can help you find relevant answers and connect with a gynaecologist whenever you want professional guidance.
You do not need to decide everything today. Take one step, understand it and move forward when you feel ready.
I have been trying to conceive. How can ParentAura help me?
When you have been trying for some time, it can become difficult to know what to focus on.
Our Period Tracker and Fertile Days App can help you understand your cycle dates and see your estimated fertile window more clearly. As you continue adding your dates, you can begin to recognise how your cycle changes from one month to another.
You can also explore the ParentAura Health Library whenever you want a clearer explanation of fertility, common tests and IVF.
I am considering IVF. Where should I begin?
Begin by understanding why IVF has come into the conversation and what it could mean for you.
You can explore the ParentAura Health Library to understand the IVF process, commonly used terms and the questions you may want to discuss before making a decision.
You do not have to decide everything immediately. Take time to understand what has been recommended, talk it through with your partner if you choose and move forward when you feel ready.
Once you have decided to proceed, send us a request through your personal dashboard. We will understand what you are looking for and help connect you with an IVF centre.
What happens when I request a consultation with a gynaecologist?
We will first check whether a ParentAura gynaecologist is available in your location.
If an appointment is available, you can choose a suitable date and time through your personal dashboard. Once confirmed, the appointment details will appear there.
During the consultation, you can speak openly about what you have been experiencing and ask the questions on your mind.
Your first consultation is free in selected locations.
What if I am not ready to speak with anyone yet?
That is completely fine. You can begin privately and take your time.
Use our free Apps to understand your cycle and important dates, or explore the Health Library for clear answers about fertility and IVF.
If you are unsure where to begin, Aura will ask a few relevant questions and help organise what you share. You can pause at any time and return whenever you feel ready.
Speaking with someone is always your choice.
Is what I share with ParentAura private?
Yes. You choose what you want to share with us.
Information entered into a calculator is not stored. When you create an account, the details you choose to save remain within your personal ParentAura dashboard so you can return to them when needed.
Your profile is not visible to other users. We use what you share to provide your ParentAura experience and any support you request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Do I need to use every ParentAura App?
No. Begin with the App that feels most relevant to you today.
You may want to track your cycle, understand your fertile days, follow your pregnancy dates or organise something related to IVF. Use one App or more—it is entirely your choice.
You can return whenever something changes and begin using another App when it becomes useful to you. Every ParentAura App is free and will always be free.
What happens when I begin with Aura?
Aura begins by asking a few simple questions about you and what you want to understand.
Your answers help us build your personal ParentAura dashboard and show you the Apps and information that may be most relevant to you.
You can answer at your own pace, pause whenever you want and continue later. If you decide that you would like professional guidance, you can also request a consultation through your dashboard.
WHEN YOU WANT TO UNDERSTAND IVF
Begin with a clear conversation about your next step.
